Ringflow offers intelligent receptionist solutions leveraging AI technology to enhance business communications. Our services include automated call handling, appointment scheduling, and related administrative tasks. Services may change over time based on technological advancements and business requirements.

Ringflow does not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific business outcomes, or revenue results.

 
3. Usage Limits and Overage Charges
Unless otherwise stated in writing, each subscription plan includes up to 600 call minutes per billing month.

Call usage beyond the included monthly minutes will be billed at $0.25 USD per additional minute
Overage charges will be billed automatically using the payment method on file
Unused minutes do not roll over to future billing periods
Ringflow reserves the right to modify usage limits or pricing with prior notice.

 
4. User Responsibilities
As a user of Ringflow services, you agree to use the platform in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are liable for all activities conducted under your account. You must not use the services for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

 
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Ringflow website and services, including text, graphics, logos, and images, are owned by Ringflow and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without express written permission.

 
6. Limitation of Liability
Ringflow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
